Stuart Beame, Director of Student Information Services & Call Centers for Central Piedmont Community College in North Carolina, talks to CMIQ live at the 2011 Call Center Summit in Orlando. Beame, who received honorable mention for Call Center Leader of the Year at Call Center Week's Excellence Awards, discusses some of the differences between his call center and a more standard corporation's and what they concentrate on to delight their customers. Stuart also touches on gains their call center is making in the social media space.
