Alex Koshy

Alex is the Head of Sales CC/BPO for ASEAN and Korea based in Singapore. He brings more than 15 years of experience to this role and has deep experience in a wide range of technology products and services. Prior to joining Automation Anywhere, for close to a decade he was Director Sales APAC at NICE. Alex is passionate about understanding organisational strategies of brands focused on delivering exceptional customer experience and helps recommend best practices for value realisation.
