About Kelley: 

Kelley is a high energy, authentic leader that focuses on delivering best in class results through innovation and engagement. Her claim to fame is her ability to transform organizational culture by inspiring extraordinary experiences for our customers and employees. She has held numerous positions throughout her 20+ year career at Verizon, ranging from Pacific Northwest Region President for Verizon Wireless to Global Technical Support for Verizon Consumer Markets.  


Kelley initially joined the wireless business as a Retail Sales Representative and held positions with increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and technical support. Those roles helped shape her future and inspired her to entrust employees with finding innovative solutions in order to exceed customer expectations and business objectives.  


She is passionate about improving customer and employee experiences by simplifying tools, processes and systems. She received Verizon’s highest honor, the Credo Award, for her efforts in creating Service Elite which connected cross functional employees to the business, each other, company mission and most importantly their customers.


She received the Portland Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award and Woman Executive of the year. She is an advisory board member for Leading Women Entrepreneurs, a board member emeritus of the Seattle Public Library Foundation, Co-chair CCW advisory board member and she represents Verizon on the board's executive committee for Jersey Battered Women’s Service.
