Head of Customer Communications and Experience Singapore Pools

Darren How started working freelance with Singapore Press Holdings and the then Radio Corporation of Singapore, where he found his ground in journalism. He spent the first three years of his career as a copywriter, rounding off with OgilvyOne Worldwide. Then, he joined Jebsen & Jessen (SEA), a S$1billion consumer and industrial technology group, to head the Corporate Communications Department and play a key role in the vast region-wide adoption of the conglomerate’s branding programmes. In 2008, he was transferred to Jebsen & Co in an expanded Greater China role based in the Hong Kong head office before moving to Shanghai in 2011, overseeing a regional team. In 2013 he returned to his native Singapore for family reasons. He is currently head of customer experience at a local omni-channel business with an annual turnover of S$8 billion.
