Head of Customer Centre Singapore DBS Bank

Geeta Sreeraman heads the Customer Centre for DBS Consumer Banking in Singapore. She joined the bank in 2011, with the goal to improve the service quality within the bank’s Singapore Customer Centre operations. Through her strong customer advocacy, she has been instrumental in propagating and embedding the bank’s award-winning service standards. Geeta took over as Head of Customer Centre in 2018, and under her leadership, her team has consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings, winning many accolades, including Best Contact Centre at the Annual Contact Centre Association of Singapore Awards for consecutive years.Geeta has two decades of retail banking experience and has worked in markets such as India, Singapore and New Zealand. She started a career as a relationship manager in Citibank India.
