Global Head of Contact Centres Dorchester Collection

Growing up in northern Canada, Caitlin always had a passion for travel, which lead her into the hospitality industry. She studied hospitality management at the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL) and graduated in 2013. She moved to London to begin her career in luxury hospitality, working for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park (Dorchester Collection) as well as The Lanesborough London (Oetker Collection) in revenue management. In January 2019, Dorchester Collection created a Global Contact Centre, bringing together 5 regional reservation centres into a main team in London and a satellite office in Los Angeles. In June 2019, Caitlin assumed the role of Global Head of Contact Centre, overseeing a team of 50 in London and 10 in Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants and most recently during lock down, getting lost in the Royal Botanical Kew Gardens.
