Taner Karacan is the Vice President Customer Experience Operations of FedEx Express for Central, Eastern and Southern Europe since 2016. He started his career at TNT Express in 1993, after holding various positions in reputable companies. Within TNT Express he had multiple management roles and supported different divisions in countries across Europe. In his role as Vice President, Taner is passionate about delivering an outstanding Customer Experience and creating value for the customers. Taner holds an Advanced Certificate in Business Administration and simultaneously received his degree in Human Resource Management at University Mannheim as well as an MBA degree in Financial Competences obtained at Donau University Austria. He lives in Cologne, Germany, is married and has three children.
