Commercial Director Custom Connect InternationalDennis Baetens, 15 years of experience in the BPO market running different large international clients. In the last few years mainly focussed on international expansion for my employers Xerox/Conduent and Custom Connect and at the moment responsible for the local NL market with in the Custom Connect Group as Commercial Director. In all my roles I always try to involve as much as possible innovative solutions for waist reduction and bringing the more complex cases to the agent.
