Prelini Udayan-Chiechi joined Zendesk in 2017 as Vice President, Marketing EMEA. As the head of marketing for the region, she leads Zendesk’s efforts in field marketing, events, partner engagement and digital, building Zendesk’s position as a leading customer experience and engagement platform with over 145,000 customers globally. 

 

With over two decades of marketing experience from both software and SaaS, Prelini has led marketing initiatives and practices for blue chip companies including Lotus Software, IBM, Adobe, Lithium Technologies, Bazaarvoice and now Zendesk. An accomplished public speaker and thought leader on customer experience, social and marketing, Prelini breaks the mould of a traditional marketing leader, constantly looking at new approaches, ideas and leading change within the industry. Prelini obtained a Master’s of Science in Marketing in 2010, with a focus on customer experience management.
