Ross has 20 years in IT customer facing roles and now leads the Customer Transformation and Innovation Team at Mimecast, a NASDAQ listed SaaS company making email safer for business. Ross’s team is central to designing and driving Legendary Customer Success ™. His team utilize journey mapping, data analytics and crowd-sourcing of ideas both within Mimecast and customer groups to successfully scale operations, delight customers and meet desired customer outcomes. Ideas are gathered, analysed and iterated within his team before being discarded or taken to a wider audience and ultimately to customers. Ross and his team have developed a reputation for delivering on their innovation. On a personal note, he is a keen cyclist (commuting 20miles each way), rugby coach and family man (3 kids make his family the new Jackson 5).
