Currently heading up the transformation of Estee Lauder Companies Contact Centres in the UK and EMEA, Tracy is focused on delivering the promise of the company’s multiple prestige beauty brands such as M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone and La Mer. Tracy lives in Hampshire with her husband and two children.
