I am originally from Moscow, Russia. I came to the US in 2004 with my husband who was admitted to the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Graduated with an honor from the University of Chicago Booth school of business in 2009
Started my “new” career in the US at Discover Financial Services where I learned what customer experience truly means for any businesses. Started as Sr.Analyst there, and held different roles from the analyst working with customer data to a dispute process owner to a lead of building a customer experience using big data to a marketing lead working with one of the biggest customer segments. Joined Sears in 2015, that was true heaven for people who enjoy working with customer data. And in 2017 joined Ferrara to run a trade department that I grew from 1 person to 24 people while significantly changing responsibilities from reporting on trade to a trade budget owner, an owner of the customer P&L, responsible for promo effectiveness and efficiency and pricing
I have 3 kids from the age of 4 years to 13 years old. Love playing volleyball and tennis. Enjoy traveling and sightseeing
