This year, we introduced CCW At Home, a 3 week interactive digital conference that convened more than 5,000 Customer Contact and CX executives in a panoply of cutting-edge sessions led by the top executives and business leaders in the profession.
We’re eagerly planning for CCW 2021, and the health and safety of our attendees and employees will continue to remain our singular priority. As we look towards next year and develop plans to return to live events, we’re also developing our plans for safety and sanitation measures at CCW.
