Top 5 Moments from CCW Las Vegas 2019

1. Celebrity Headliner: Magic Johnson
Magic Johnson made a huge splash when he closed CCW Las
Vegas 2019 as our Celebrity Headliner. Once a leader on the court, Johnson has
become a leader in the boardroom in recent years as Chairman and CEO of Magic
Johnson Enterprises and President of Basketball Operations for the Los Angeles
Lakers. Johnson’s lively delivery lit up the room and attendees were excited as
they snapped pictures with the former basketball star, ending their CCW
experience on a high note. This year legendary football quarterback Joe Montana
will be taking the stage to tell us about what it means to be a leader.
2. Inspiring Keynotes: Nancy Brinker and Tony Hsieh
Susan G Komen Foundation Founder, Nancy Brinker, has truly
changed the world by setting the global breast cancer movement into motion. The
Medal of Freedom Recipient inspired the crowd with her passion, drive, and
story of the success of her organization.
Keynote Tony Hsieh returned to CCW to tell attendees about
how he transformed Zappos from a company with nearly no sales into a
multi-billion dollar business all while he was still in his early 20s. As the CEO of a company
well known for customer service, the crowd was all ears as he imparted his
secrets to success.
3. CCWomen
Nancy Brinker began our CCWomen Luncheon her opening
remarks to a room full of the industry’s leading women. As attendees enjoyed
lunch, they networked with one another and discussed shared challenges. Finally, three interactive
sessions facilitated problem solving for women in the workplace. This year, CCWomen is hosting its first ever Summit on Monday, June 22nd. The
day blends educational content, a dynamic mentorship & ally panel, and
other fun, community-building activities. View the brochure to learn more.
4. CCW Excellence Awards
Last year the CCW Excellence Awards honored and recognized
industry titans with top contact centers and superior CX & Design. Winners
came from the ranks of Bank of America, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Alorica,
Genesys, and more. Be sure to apply to this year’s awards for your chance to
win big!
5. Networking Galore
Whether it was in our expansive Expo Hall, at Happy Hour, or in our organized small group discussions, attendees found many opportunities for lucrative networking. Not only were there ample chances to get to know fellow attendees, but vendors, influencers, and speakers made valuable connections with audience members. Our “Meet the Customer” program allowed booth visitors to hear directly from vendor clients about the solutions our sponsors were providing. Also in the Expo Hall, our Brilliance Clinics organized consultations between attendees and top influencers in order to address customer contact challenges. At CCW Las Vegas 2020, we’ll have many of the same networking opportunities, plus reinvented small group formats like Think Tanks and Executive Round Tables.
