U.S Call Center Trainer and Coaches
The Intended result is to support all supervisors and the management of call center agents. Our goal will be to give each other ideas, best practices and training curriculum. We will make suggestions for:
** skill based training courses,
** offer ideas to help each other overcome obstacles that each of us faces on a daily basis.
We will have a conversation that will make contributions to the lives of the agents through the skill of the trainers and coaches. In other words share our wisdom, our solutions and our best practices.
It's time to live up to the promises of the generation we created so far and give everything we can to assist those in the call centers. No hidden agendas.
We will build this group with Intention, Relationship and promise to open up our thoughts and our good ideas. We will be commited to a "Safe Environment" for all.
