The CCW Excellence Awards honor, recognize and promote individuals and teams who have made a commitment to driving superior contact center and CX performance. The awards are dedicated to recognizing world-class thinking, creativity and execution across the full spectrum of contact center functions.

Grab a signed copy of the top customer contact books and get to know the authors: James Dodkins, Brian Dennis, Clare Muscutt, Micah Solomon and others! Book Signings will take place throughout the conference in the CCW Digital Lounge in the Expo Hall.

We’re excited for the first full day CCWomen Summit in Las Vegas this year! The Summit, on Monday, June 22, will feature cutting-edge content, a dynamic mentorship and ally panel, and fun community-building activities.

We’re introducing CCW Think Tanks, structured around a practical “How-To” project designed for longer group discussions and solution-driven conversations. Leave each session with actionable takeaways and resources and benchmark with industry peers.

Kick off your week in Vegas with us at the Alorica Welcome Party! Network with other attendees, grab a few drinks and enjoy hors d’oeuvres. Last year, a few lucky attendees even walked away with some great prizes!

We know the Main Conference days can be long, but we’re here to help! Grab a drink on us and relax in the Expo Hall – you deserve it. Then make your way over to the TransPerfect After Party because it’s Vegas, baby!
