April is a 15-year veteran of the hospitality industry and an expert in central reservations, telephony and data analytics.  She has a proven track record of developing new and innovative strategies to improve the guest experience through telephony architecture and central reservation call flow processes.  At RLH Corporation, April has grown both the hotel and corporate telephony strategy as well as the Central Reservation Offices into a top producing channel for the organization.  Most recently, April developed and introduced a cloud-based central reservations IVR which allows guests to self-select their hotel and manage the direction of their call for all 1,400 hotels within the RLH family of hotels, increasing guest adoption, improved call retention and reduced cost for non-revenue related volume.
