Cathy joined Windham in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of call center experience. She led contact centers for several high-profile clients ranging in size from 400-1200 seats. In this role, she improved multiple client-facing and internal metrics on compliance, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Cathy excels at motivating her team members and aligning client guidelines and goals with performance metrics.
