Chris Arnold is an operations director in Service Operations responsible for leading the medical call team to deliver an effortless customer experience. Over the past 16 years with Cigna, Chris has worked in a range of business projects and operations roles all focused on customer and employer service.
In his current role, Chris collaborates with various teams, including the One Guide project team, sales, and clinical, to ensure we continue to improve the customer experience while also reducing total medical cost. Key recent accomplishments include successful rollout of One Guide, introduction of the call management operating system, and initiatives to improve our transactional Net Promoter Scores.
Previous roles include operations director responsible for appeals, claim lead responsible the Taft and Alliance Partner segments, and various project manager assignments in Service Operations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Westfield State University and a MBA from RPI Hartford.
