Donna brings over 25 years experience developing and delivering best in class services that promote financial wellness. Her roles over the year included Financial Counselor, Branch Manager, Training Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Call Center Manager, Director of IT, Project Management, Process Excellence and Chief Operating Officer.
Donna has held roles at GreenPath Debt Solutions for nearly 20 years. As such, her vast experience in roles from the contact center to IT have provided her with a very holistic picture of the end-to-end journeys for both employees and customers. Her and her colleague, Nicole, are excited to share GreenPath's model for purposefully designing a culture that will align both employee and customer experience.
