Greg McConney

Associate Director of Advanced Analytics, Customer Service Operations Verizon Consumer Group

Greg McConney leads the advanced analytics organization focused on optimizing contact centers for Verizon Wireless, Verizon Fios, and 5G. Prior to this role, Greg also led cross-channel analytics for Verizon Fios, helping identify customer pain points within Digital platforms.

Greg started his career as a statistical modeler, leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques to predict insurance Fraud and the outcome of claims. Greg also worked as an analytics consultant supporting clients in the CPG, Media, and Insurance industries.

Outside of work, Greg loves traveling the world with his wife Emma and playing with his puppy Daisy. He also has a passion for cooking, bowling, and tennis.
