Kevin is the Director of Product Strategy & Experience at American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), where he drives solutions design and technology development to optimize the end-to-end customer experience across all GBT products and services.
Since joining GBT in 2006, Kevin’s work has contributed to advances in traveler care, helping to make it more personalized and proactive, while giving travel managers more visibility into and control over their travel programs.
Prior to GBT, Kevin led the digital channel strategy for American Express’s prepaid products and was the Director of Communications for a medical imaging start-up.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
