Matthew has over a decade of experience in the customer experience industry, working primarily as a highly technical solutions and strategic marketing specialist for contact center solution vendors. He currently holds global responsibility for leading the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle as Director of Mitel’s contact center portfolio. Previously, Matthew held Product Management and Product Marketing positions at Mitel where he was responsible for managing the Go To Market strategy and New Product Introductions for Mitel’s MiContact Center Business, MiCloud Contact Center, and several third-party partner solutions. He also previously managed marketing at prairieFyre Software, an OEM partner acquired by Mitel in 2013, where he was responsible for product and digital marketing, channel development, and demand generation.
