Patrick is the Director of Transformation at UnitedLex—the world’s leading enterprise legal services provider—driving transformation throughout the entire legal ecosystem. Patrick was most recently the Director of Business Improvement and Quality at Wyndham Destinations. He brings incredible experience in all things LEAN, being Master Black Belt Certified and a LEAN Master. Prior to Wyndham, Patrick spent over 18 years implementing LEAN / Six Sigma process improvements for Bank of America and Johnson & Johnson.
Not only is Patrick Master Black Belt Certified in Lean / Six Sigma, many of his projects over the years have been involved in the contact center environment improving operational processes. In Vegas, he will be bringing these case studies to life in our Process track.
