Tanya Zurawiecki is the Manager of Operational Execution for Customer Care at Shaw Communications. In her role, Tanya is responsible for the evolution of Customer Service Management practices, efficiencies, and insights. Tanya is a veteran in Telecommunications, with 21 years of experience in a vast area of expertise. She has worked in the trenches frontline herself, led the charge to bring universal context-driven test methodologies to User Acceptance Testing, led the management and practice of Testing and Quality Management for large-scale ecosystem delivery, worked in partnership with multiple vendors to create win-win delivery plans, and most recently was accountable for the consumer Business Analysis practice with a focus on operational readiness and change management. At the center of each role, she focused on end-user experience and holistic quality.
