Thomas Köhler's career is closely linked to the development of novomind. From the founding idea of using chatbots as virtual advisors in customer service to modern PIM and eCommerce solutions, Thomas Köhler has experience in complex customer scenarios and product architectures as a business IT specialist. Thomas Köhler has been a member of the executive team since 2006 and was appointed to the management board in 2012. As COO, he has been responsible for the Professional Services division and novomind's international activities in the Customer Service business segment since 2022.
