For the past 19 years, she has overseen strategic direction and daily processes, while encouraging employees to challenge the status quo and ensuring Alorica delivers on operational commitments. Previously, she served as Vice President, Call Center Solutions at Harte-Hanks; prior to that, she worked for ACS, Teleperformance and Aegis.
