Claire McCloskey

Project Lead, UX Software Designer IBM

Claire is currently a designer and team lead on the Employee Experience Design team at IBM, which aims to create impactful HR experiences that allow IBMers to perform at their best. Before IBM, Claire held design strategy roles at multiple Chicago-based startups and a design consultancy. Claire’s interests lay at the center of technology and design; as a graduate of Northwestern University, she holds an B.S. in Manufacturing and Design Engineering, and an M.S. in Engineering Design and Innovation. Claire lives in Austin, and most recently co-taught with fellow IBMers an Advanced Design Thinking course at the University of Texas at Austin.
