Dawn Bradney is the VP of Customer Support, Audit and Process
Improvement for Macro Helix. Macro Helix, a division
within McKesson, is a leading provider of innovative 340B management software
focused on helping customers improve financial performance, increase operating
efficiencies and maintain regulatory compliance. McKesson is the oldest and
largest health care company in the nation, serving more than 50% of U.S.
hospitals and 20% of physicians. They deliver one-third of all medications used
daily in North America with operations in more than 16 countries.
Dawn joined McKesson in September 2015 after leading support escalations teams for Microsoft and product development teams for Texas Instruments. Her focus since joining McKesson has been on leading the strategic direction and execution of an exceptional customer experience. Feedback from her customers is the driving force for the transformation she is currently leading and the changes being implemented.
Dawn lives in Texas with
her husband Josh. She holds a Bachelors
in Business/Computer Information Systems from Texas State and graduated Beta
Gamma Sigma with an MBA from Baylor University.
