Elizabeth Wise is a dynamic leader who specializes in the areas of Customer Experience Management and Human Resources. She has spent the last 19+ years with Delaware North where she has worked in a variety of positions, most recently overseeing the organization’s internal customer experience platform for major league sports locations across the country. Prior to her work with Delaware North, Elizabeth was in hotel management and attended the Ohio State University. In addition to her work with Delaware North, Elizabeth is also a missionary and will complete her 7th trip to Haiti in May 2020.
Elizabeth brings experience from both the end-user perspective as well as the client perspective. She is passionate about helping people connect through meaningful and deliberate communication. At CCW Austin, Elizabeth will discuss how to successfully communicate in your organization in order to have an effective CX platform.
