Emily Winchurch is the Product Marketing Lead for Watson Assistant at IBM where she is responsible for developing routes to market and architecting end-to-end marketing strategies. She is specifically focused on the impact and future of AI in the customer service space. Prior to taking on her role, Emily gained experience in financial services as a Senior Consultant in IBM’s FSS Cognitive Process Reengineering practice.
