Stacey is the Senior Manager of Customer Care at Fossil Group for the Americas region, leading both in-house and third party operations. Her role as the vendor manager of third parties has allowed her to be responsible for training and building teams across the globe. 

She has over 16 years of customer service experience, and over the last decade at Fossil Group, she has helped redefine what the guest experience was all about, taking it from transactional to experiential, by empowering all team members to make a difference.  Under her leadership, her contact center is now able to provide 24 hour support to customers across the globe.
