Manager, NCIC Operations American Cancer Society

Stephanie Martinez leads the Workforce Management Team at the American Cancer Society’s National Cancer Information Center. Her teams support all workforce management functions, including forecasting, planning, reporting and real-time management.  Additionally, she oversees material fulfillment logistics for ACS’s fully virtual, 24/7 contact center with staff across the country.  She holds a BBA in Finance and resides in Cedar Park, TX.

Stephanie has over 20 years of contact center experience, with 15+ years in Workforce Management.  She served as the project manager for ACS’s transition to a virtual contact center, just last year.  During the IDG session, Stephanie will co-facilitate a discussion with her peer, Scott Roskilly, around the challenges and best practices in moving to a virtual workplace.
