Martinez leads the Workforce Management Team at the American Cancer Society’s
National Cancer Information Center. Her teams support all workforce management
functions, including forecasting, planning, reporting and real-time
management. Additionally, she oversees
material fulfillment logistics for ACS’s fully virtual, 24/7 contact center
with staff across the country. She holds
a BBA in Finance and resides in Cedar Park, TX.
has over 20 years of contact center experience, with 15+ years in Workforce
Management. She served as the project
manager for ACS’s transition to a virtual contact center, just last year. During the IDG session, Stephanie will
co-facilitate a discussion with her peer, Scott Roskilly, around the challenges
and best practices in moving to a virtual workplace.
