What do I need to do after I register?
Next step would be to book your accomadation! You’ll also receive attendee newsletters periodically leading up to the event that will have important event information to review.
How do I book my accommodation?
All the details you need are on our Venue & Accommodation page. Accommodation and travel costs are not included as part of your conference pass and we have a discounted room block available at the JW Marriott! We also recommend booking directly with the hotel and avoid going through third party rooming services.
I need to update my registration.
What if I’m new to CCW?
Don’t worry. You won’t be the only one! Make sure to attend the New Attendee Orientation on January 28 at 5:30pm!
Is there a Mobile App for the event?
Yes! We have a mobile app available for download in the app store. Once you register to attend, stay tuned for an email from us for download instructions. The mobile app will be the best source for latest event information as well!
What is an IDG?
Interactive Discussion Groups (IDGs) are a unique learning format providing you with fast and focused exposure to leading topics most relevant to you! At CCW Nashville we’ll have 16 different IDGs you can choose from. Stay tuned for the brochure release for more info.
Is the Future Leaders Lab open to everyone?
Yes, the Future Leaders Lab is now open to everyone. The Future Leaders Lab Certification is specifically designed for high-potential contact center managers to build skills to become the next generation leaders in their center.
Is the CCW Executive Club open to everyone?
The CCW Executive Club is not open to everyone. It’s an invitation-only track of content open to VP-level and above customer contact leaders. Topics tend to focus more on strategy and feature a more closed door, roundtable style.
When will I receive my conference
Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Additional conference material will be made available on a temporary website after the event. You will be provided with access details for this website at the conference.
Are meals included?
Yes, all refreshments, snacks and lunches are included in your conference pass.
What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual but there’s nothing wrong with dressing to impress :)
