CCWomen Headliner: Sarah Thomas

Sarah Thomas is a woman of many firsts – she was the first female official to ever work a major college football game, the first woman to officiate a bowl game, the first to officiate in a Big Ten stadium, and the first permanent female NFL official. Now she’s sharing vital insights on shattering the glass ceiling that can be applied to any field. Sarah brings audiences takeaways on staying focused under pressure, creating change, and managing work-life balance.
