Why Lemon?
Lemon is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steeler’s fan and she is responsible for the day to day operations and budget of the Call Center and lobby employees at Nashville Electric Service (NES). She has literally grown up at NES (just celebrated her 33rd year with NES) and always feels a sense of accomplishment when she can help a customer. Lemon and her colleague, Angela, have been spearheading NES’ journey mapping experience and it has become an essential part of the NES culture. While many companies utilize Journey Mapping, NES has created a process that has brought every employee together for the good of the customer experience. All levels of employees are given an opportunity to meet and map out each process that NES has in place.
