Lisa is the SVP of Enterprise Access at Jefferson Health. She is setting up a patient engagement center in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area by using technology for patient preferences such as chatbots and AI. Lisa strongly believes that technology is valuable when it makes things better, when it can streamline processes and make things more efficient. To achieve this goal of creating valuable technology, she works with her developers to ensure that the technology is intuitive for both her patients and her employees.
