Why Tom? Tom has been in the contact
center space as long as there has been a contact center space. He has a rich
background in BPO and has opened call centers globally. As Sr. VP of Customer
Support, Tom oversees most Web.com customer care interactions post sales and
works closely with his teams to optimize the overall customer experience. He is
actively participating in development of a pure omnichannel solution at Web.com
to serve clients in the channel of their choice.
