He has been in contact center industry for 18+ years and has led transformation for large enterprise contact centres. His current interests are AI, Cloud contact center Technologies considering costs reduction and faster customers interaction resolution. He is a frequent attendee and a speaker at major vendor conferences. He is a member of customer council for a major cloud IT service provider. He has a Masters degree in computer science from SMU, Dallas TX and lives in Austin, TX with his family
