Rosa Moreno

Rosa Moreno, Senior Vice President and National Client  Service Manager, has been with Wells Fargo for 34 years and currently oversees multi-site second-level support teams of 130+ team members for Wholesale Treasury Management clients.  Previously, Rosa managed the Los Angeles Treasury Management Client Services team, responsible for CSOs supporting Wholesale clients, and spent time as a product implementation manager.  Rosa plays a critical role in elevating the customer experience, partnering with Operation Groups and Product Groups to ensure an exceptional customer and internal partner experience.  

In 2014, Rosa received the Bronze Stevie® for Women in Business in the Category of Female Executive of the Year/Accounting and Financial Services.

Rosa’s training includes Managing for Excellence, Achieving Extraordinary Customer Service, and Frontline Leadership.
