Shannon Russo is a highly motivated and charismatic leader with a strong background in customer service and a passion to drive customer loyalty and employee engagement.   Shannon has been a Change Management and Communications leader at Whirlpool since December 2015.  Her responsibilities include understanding stakeholders, communication and change management needs to shape a plan for connecting employees to a common purpose, vision, strategy, and key priorities.
