Andrew Webster (Past Speaker)

Andrew Webster is Director of Change and Innovation Solutions at

ExperiencePoint, a global leader in helping organizations build and apply

innovation and change capability. He is a Master Facilitator of

ExperiencePoint’s award winning ExperienceChange™ and

ExperienceInnovation™ workshops and certifies partners around the globe.

In addition to working directly with executives from firms such as Walmart,

GE, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, MetLife and Microsoft, Andrew

is a driving force in evolving the ExperiencePoint product line and

developing the next generation of products and services.

Andrew presents regularly on the topics of innovation and change. He

has taught in the majority of the top 30 MBA and Executive Education

programs in the world (Financial Times 2015 Rankings). He is a judge

and panelist with The Edison Awards. He has also been interviewed and

published for numerous blogs and publications, and has contributed a

chapter to the Center for Creative Leadership’s “Experience Driven

Leader Development” text. Before joining ExperiencePoint, Andrew led

Meeting Design at The Kingbridge Institute.

His secondary passion is deep fried foods and ice cream combinations,

which he can rarely eat on account of commitments to his wife Carey.

They live - he happily and she tolerantly - in Toronto, Canada.
