Steve Bujouves is the Senior Director and Head of Support at FreshBooks, ridiculously easy to use cloud accounting for small business owners. The FreshBooks mission is to Execute on Extraordinary Experiences Every day. Based in Toronto and founded in 2003, the company’s aim is to allow small business owners to save time on paperwork so they can spend that time on doing things they love with their family and friends.  Steve has been with FreshBooks since its early days and has helped to scale Support from a small (but mighty!) group to a large team that handles over a quarter of a million customer cases a year.
