Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Brand VP is responsible for championing the brand assigned, working to develop and drive preference with guests. Embrace the role of guest advocate ensuring all brand/marketing activity will be guest driven. Lead strategic thinking, brand building and the translation of the brand strategy across packaging, marketing and merchandising tactics. Responsible for working with the cross-functional teams in directing the development of the long-term portfolio strategies of the brands. Demonstrate opportunity Corporate Brand Growth. Participate in brand innovation development, as part of as brand guardianship. Manage the execution of marketing initiatives within the brand, in line with the overall Corporate Brand marketing plan.
