in a Vice President, Digital Solutions role. Prior to Sunwing, he lead digital
optimization and research efforts at Rogers, Flight Center Canada, and Air
Canada Vacations where he transformed those businesses from traditional
marketing to digital and brought more self-serve capabilities online.
Consequently, those organizations gained more control over their customers.
