Pamela leads design thinking and innovation for global products and service experiences that customers love. She champions user-centered design and coaches teams to “Make it smart, then make it beautiful.” A few years ago, while at Intuit, she undertook the first experience-driven redesign of QuickBooks, setting a new company wide standard for design strategy and earning the K2 Quality Award for Small Business Accounting Software. Pamela holds an MA in Design and has been designing experiences in the software industry for over 15 years. She has a soft spot for gnarly business problems, abstract art, champagne, and fashion.
