Greg DeVore is the CEO of ScreenSteps. In 1998 he graduated with a degree in Composition and Film Scoring from the Berklee College of Music. While working in Los Angeles, he had the opportunity to train many musicians on digital recording platforms. That eventually morphed into founding ScreenSteps with his brother Trevor DeVore. Greg specializes in helping organizations create knowledge sharing and training programs that allow employees to be proficient and successful in less time. The ScreenSteps team creates software and develops training methodologies that help teams decrease the time it takes to train employees. Their most recent innovation is the Interactive Conversation Flow, which allows contact centers to decrease training time, reduce agent effort, reduce silence time, and cross-train more efficiently while still increasing QA scores.
