First joining IQPC in 1995, Lisa Schulman actually spearheaded the launch of CCW, the world’s largest customer contact event series. Her contribution to the company was recognized by her peers. Every year since 2008, Lisa Schulman has been honored as IQPC's Most Profitable Conference Producer.
Schulman conducts industry research, identifies and secures speakers, writes content pieces and white papers, helps secure sponsorship commitment, conducts on-site video interviews, and plays a strategic role in internal marketing/telesales functions.
Schulman is a columnist and reporter for CCW Digital. CCW Digital is the global online community and research hub for more than 140,000 customer contact members.
Schulman strives to ensure content quality, relevancy and value for attendees. Her aim is to produce cutting edge events and provide delegates, speakers, sponsors, advisory board members and media partners with the best possible customer experience.
Schulman has an MBA in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School.
Schulman is a single mom to teenage twins and can often been found watching their baseball, softball and basketball games. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, spin classes and song writing.
