My name is Brandon Blahnik. I am the Director of Customer Experience at Made In, where we collaborate with the world's best chefs and partner with centuries-old cookware manufacturers to craft restaurant-quality kitchen tools for both home and professional cooks. I spend my days creating and executing our customer experience strategy. Made In is used in thousands of restaurants and hotels around the world, so we aim to provide the same hospitality first service as the dozens of Michelin-starred restaurants that use our cookware, tableware, and bakeware collections. Prior to joining Made In in 2020, I spent 7 years focused on service and retention strategy for premium season ticket holders for the Orlando Magic, followed by 3 years building the service and account management teams at Corkcicle. Outside of work, I love exploring the incredible culinary scene here in Austin with my wife and 2 young daughters, enjoy chasing a little white ball around the golf course, and will travel any chance I get.
