Her career started over 7 years ago working with large non profit organizations in donor relations and market research. Utilizing her expertise in relationship building and operational excellence, she began working with hyper growth start-ups to develop their customer experience departments. She's worked with HUM Nutrition, FLO Vitamins, DC Essentials, and now Liquid I.V., lending her expertise in long-term planning and process building, data driven decision making, team retention, leadership development, and customer-centric cross functional initiatives.
